One reason why germany joined the war is because Germany was not trusting the other countries. The Germans needed to show the other countries how powerful they could be. Also because Russia attacked Austria-Hungary. Germany had to help Austria-Hungary because of the treaty they had signed that states they will help each other during war fare if attacked.

Germany now is declareing war because Austria-Hungary's terrorist group "The Black Hand" killed the Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Serbia. This caused Serbia to reataliate on Austria-Hungary. Which ment that Germany had to help fight for Austria-Hungary, because they have a tready. There were also Serbs in some parts of Russia. So Russia joined the war to help the Serbs because of there ethnecity of a military.

Our main battle plan is to not lose our militarisum. Maintain our posistions and not let the enemy push threw their territory. To wipe out people who come within our machine gun reach.

This poster is to try to get people to give the war money. To buy amunition. It shows a man going into a war. Prearing for battle.
This poster is also a war bond propaganda poster. The country needs money for the war.

Russia back out of the war beause they were losing many, many men. The U.S.A entered the war beause Germany bombed a United States ship. The ship had podestrians in it traveling to the coast of Great Britian. The Germans beliveved that they were transporting weapons to their enemy so there first instinct was to destroy the ship.
